Avery Hero

“ Truly a princess herself, she got what meant the world to her... ”

  • Avery , 3

    • Langerhan’s Cell Histiocytosis
    • I wish to visit the Florida Theme Parks

Avery is a ray of sunshine who is sure to brighten your day. Although she was diagnosed with Langerhan’s Cell Histiocytosis, she is still one of the friendliest and most energetic 3-year-olds around.

Most recently, she has been using all that energy in her dance class — she makes a very cute ballerina!

Avery loves princesses and all things Disney. She is most likely Ariel’s biggest fan and just about everything she owns has Ariel on it. Avery didn’t have to think twice about her wish to meet this princess in person. In fact, when she played the wishing game at A Wishing Place, she answered Ariel to every single question. A trip to Walt Disney World® Resort was most definitely in order.

The very first thing Avery did upon arriving in Florida was meet the princesses. She was a bit overwhelmed at first, but when she returned to meet them a second time, she was grinning ear to ear and bouncing off the walls with excitement.

Besides meeting Ariel, Avery’s favorite thing was the Buzz Lightyear ride, which she rode over 20 times. She also loved eating cold pizza for breakfast not just once, but every single morning.

Avery also enjoyed Give Kids The World Storybook Resort. She fell in love with the blue villa she stayed in, and her mother says she still asks to “go back to her blue house.”

For a little girl who shares her love with everyone around her and is truly a princess herself, she got what meant the world to her — a magical trip of a lifetime to the place where dreams come true.
