Organize an Event
About 15% of our funding in Utah comes from fundraisers done on our behalf by organizations, schools, companies, and service organizations all over Utah, benefiting children in their communities across the state. From company holiday parties to family reunions, groups are essential in the support of the 160+ wishes we provide each year.
With the completion of a licensing agreement we will give you rights to use the Make-A-Wish Foundation® logo, as well as literature, banners, or even a Make-A-Wish® representative to speak at your function.
Kids For Wish Kids®
Kids For Wish Kids is a program for school children and it has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars. Schools, individual classes, or school clubs take on a fundraising project to raise money for a particular child’s wish. This is a popular program because it is managed by Utah kids, and for Utah kids.
External Events
Many events are organized by outside groups on our behalf. Some examples of external events that have helped make dreams come true over the last 25 years are car shows, golf tournaments, carnivals, bike rides, 5K runs, and more!
Cause Marketing Campaigns
Our strong brand awareness creates new and exciting opportunities for businesses interested in supporting the Foundation’s work while showing customers they care for a cause in their community.
It is well known that today’s consumers do buy products based on charitable tie-ins. The Make-A-Wish name has 95% recognition nationally.
Corporate partners can make a difference in the lives of children within their community through financial support or cause-related marketing programs with the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Utah. Your customers and employees probably have personal knowledge of a Make-A-Wish child and would love to support your product and services in gratitude for your community spirit.
Donate a percentage of sales or dollar amount per item sold to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Utah for a selected day, week, month or year!
